  • As President of Life Sciences and Healthcare, Claudia Roa is responsible for driving growth and developing sector strategy, enabling and driving the development of best-fit end-to-end innovative solutions on a global scale. She is a member of the Customer Solutions & Innovation Global Senior Management Team and heads the DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare Global Senior Management team and the Customer Logistics Advisory Board.

    Claudia is a supply chain professional with over 33 years of experience. She started her career working for AEI/Florcarga in Colombia. After the acquisition of the company by DHL, Claudia relocated from Colombia to the USA in 2003. Since then she has held various leadership positions across several sectors. Since 2017 she led the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector in the Americas region moving then to her current global role in July 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana of Bogota, Colombia. Claudia resides in Miami, FL with her family.

  • Hector Orellana is Medtronic's Vice President and General Manager, Latin America North, and was previously Vice President for Latin America South. He also served as General Director of Puerto Rico in the same company. He has also held positions such as Vice President of CariCam in Puerto Rico and Commercial Director MITG (Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) of Medtronic in Mexico City. He has also held other positions such as Business Management and Commercial Management.

    Hector has higher studies in Finance and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh in the United States of America. He has more than 20 years of professional experience of which 15 have been focused on the medical device industry and with various leadership positions in companies such as Johnson & Johnson Medical, Becton Dickinson and L'Oréal.

  • John is the founder of NostaLab, a digital health think tank recognized globally for an inspired vision of digital transformation.  His focus is on guiding companies, NGOs, and governments through the dynamics of exponential change and the diffusion of innovation into complex systems. He is a past member of the Google Health Advisory Board and the WHO’s Roster of  Technology Experts.

    He is a frequent and popular contributor to Fortune, Forbes, Psychology Today and Bloomberg as well as prestigious peer-reviewed journals including The American Journal of Physiology, Circulation, and The American Journal of Hematology.

  • Justin is the Vice President of Solutions Design North America at DHL Supply Chain and has over 15 years of experience in the supply chain industry. In his current role, Justin manages a team of supply chain engineers and logistic professionals that design and deliver logistic solutions to a variety of customers across multiple industries. This includes designing new and reengineering existing distribution centers, supply chain networks, transportation solutions, and value added services.

    Throughout his career, Justin has extensive experience in supply chain automation and innovation space, gaining knowledge and educating others to drive adoption of many common and emerging technologies, such as ASRS, sortation systems, robotics, AR/VR, and autonomous vehicles. He has also worked with several large customers providing consulting studies and offering recommendations that included network optimization and automation designs. Justin received his BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.

  • Mark leads DHL Supply Chain’s Global Packaging Solutions and Clinical Logistics products focused on working with customers to develop end to end packaging solutions and Globally Connected Clinical Trials Network.

    Mark has over 25 years experience with DHL in both Operational, Management and Business Development roles. Taking the skills from implementing one of DHL’s largest and profitable contracts with the UK Government and the development of new products I hope that proactively working with our Customers to support innovative new solutions for the development and the delivery of our 2025 strategy. Mark lives in the UK with his wife and two sons.

  • In 2008 Raphael joined DHL in the EMEA region at DHL Global Forwarding and DHL CSI, based in Amsterdam, where he held several management roles including Head of Key Account Management Netherlands, Regional Customer Director EMEA and Head of Marketing & Sales Netherlands.

    In August 2017 Raphael relocated from Europe to the US to join the DHL Americas organization as Global Customer Director in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation, based in Boston, MA.

    In October 2021 Raphael has been appointed as VP, Life Sciences & Healthcare Americas for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation and relocated with his family to South Florida in July 2022. Raphael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Amsterdam.

  • Stefan J Roehr has been working for Sanofi for 38 years, spending the first 20 years in Finance and the last 18 years in Supply Chain. He currently serves as Global Head of Supply Chain for North America as well as Interim Head of Global Distribution and Logistics. Based out of Bridgewater, New Jersey Stefan has live in Germany, England, France, Venezuela, Panama, and Brazil and has worked extensively all over the world.
