DHL EXPRESS NAMED #1 BEST WORKPLACE IN SINGAPORE FOR 3RD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has been ranked number one on the Best Workplaces™ 2022 list in Singapore by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This marks the third time DHL Express has taken the top spot and the sixth consecutive time it has been certified a Great Place to Work® since 2017.

DHL Express is ranked first in the category of ‘Large’ workplaces, maintaining its first position in 2020 and 2021.

Based on the 2022 Trust Index (TI) survey, 96% of employees rated DHL Express as a great place to work as compared to 53% at a typical global company^[1]. The TI scores also showed that the company had maintained a consistent 96% in its scores across categories like Respect, Camaraderie, Credibility and Pride. The high trust culture is evident across various demographic groups, demonstrating similar and consistent employee experience – no matter what they do, who they are and where they work from.

The study also found that 96% of DHL employees feel they make a difference here while 98% think that their customers would rate the service they deliver as 'excellent’. This is in line with DHL Express’ aspiration to build a team of motivated employees equipped to deliver great service quality to customers.
