DHL Group Named a Great Place to Work® in Singapore

Ranked second as Singapore’s Best Workplaces™, reflecting a culture of trust and inclusion

DHL Singapore’s workplace culture has been recognized for its outstanding workplace culture, securing the #2 spot on the Singapore’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 list by Great Place To Work® (GPTW), the global authority on workplace culture.

This prestigious recognition spans across DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Supply Chain, reflecting the company’s collective focus on building a high-trust, inclusive and purpose-driven environment for its team members.

A total of 3,350 employees across the three business units participated in the survey, with 89 per cent saying they consider DHL a Great Place to Work®, 34 per cent higher than the average of 55 per cent recorded among Singapore-based companies.

The three local Managing Directors, expressed their pride in the achievement.
