DHL Parcel Slovakia discontinued its last-mile domestic operations in the country on 31st December 2019.
- Customer service will be available till 17th January 2020, 12:00.
- Claim department (claims, complaints with a damaged or lost shipment) will be available till July 2020. To report a claim, please fill in the form HERE.
- Financial department will be available till 28th February 2020
since 1st of october 2019 has DHL a new last-mile parcel delivery partner in Slovakia - In Time s.r.o.
For shipments sent from Europe, or if your international shipment is already in Slovakia, please use the Tracking of In Time. In Time international shipments begin with the letters CY, CD or JJD.
If you expect an parcel sent with DHL Express, please use DHL Express Tracking.
To verify the provider who will deliver your shipment, you must enter the foreign number of your shipment on the website https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden.html. You can find the foreign number of your shipment at https://www.dhlparcel.sk/en/private-customers/receiving-parcels/track-and-trace.html
