  • Whether you are project based or a daily shipper, there is no required shipping volume. However, there is a minimum revenue per pick up of USD $200.00. To request custom rates, please contact us directly

  • From Canada, you can directly send parcels throughout the U.S., including service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories & P.O. boxes. Please talk to one of our Sales contacts for more information.”

  • As a DHL eCommerce Solutions customer you will have access to our Customer Web Portal which enables you among other features to track your shipments with a tracking number.   • From Canada to the U.S. - all shipments are DDP where the shipper is required to pay duties/taxes for items valued over $800 USD, if applicable. From Canada to Rest of World (ROW) - all shipments are DDU - same as U.S.
