The onboarding timeline depends on the selected shipping product. While some products have a short implementation cycle and can begin shipping quickly, others can be more complex and require additional steps during the onboarding process (e.g. IT integration). Whether you are project based or a daily shipper, there is no required shipping volume. However, there is a minimum revenue per pick up of USD $200.00. To request custom rates, please contact us directly.

As a DHL eCommerce Solutions customer you will have access to our Customer Web Portal which enables you among other features to track your shipments with a tracking number. Your recipients can track their individual parcels Your recipients can track their individual parcels Please be aware that different products include different levels of tracking detail.

From Canada to the U.S. - all shipments are DDP where the shipper is required to pay duties/taxes for items valued over $800 USD, if applicable. From Canada to Rest of World (ROW) - all shipments are DDU - same as U.S.
