To become a DHL Freight Carrier you must accept our General Terms and Conditions  (GTC). Please be sure you review and understand the following documents before moving on to the application.

These General Terms and Conditions for Transport Services apply to all transport orders for the Services awarded by DHL Freight GmbH.

To complete our application form, you will be asked to upload following documents. Please prepare these documents before moving to the application

• Signed General Terms and Conditions for Transport Service (GTC) for the cooperation with the DHL Freight GmbH (download PDF above)
• DHL Freight Hauler Master Data Sheet (MS- Excel)
• Official letterhead (PDF) with mandatory company information 
• EU-License (PDF)

Please send us your official letterhead stamped and signed by a responsible representative.

The following information is mandatory

• Company logo
• Bank account
• VAT number (Value Added Tax)
• Commercial firm name
• Address
• Commercial Register Number (if applicable)
