1. General Terms and Conditions for Transport Services (GTC)

To become a carrier with DHL Freight, you must accept our General Terms and Conditions for Transport Services (GTC). Please read them carefully and ensure you understand the document, including any linked documents, before proceeding with your application.

These General Terms and Conditions for Transport Services apply to all freight orders placed with DHL Freight GmbH.

2. Prepare Your Application Documents

To complete our application form, you will be asked to upload following documents. Please prepare these documents before moving to the application

  • Signed General Terms and Conditions for Transport Service (GTC) for the cooperation with the DHL Freight GmbH (download PDF above)
  • DHL Freight Hauler Master Data Sheet (MS- Excel)
  • Official letterhead (PDF) with mandatory company information 
  • EU-License (PDF)

Please send us your official letterhead stamped and signed by a responsible representative.

  • Company logo
  • Bank account
  • VAT number (Value Added Tax)
  • Commercial firm name
  • Address
  • Commercial Register Number (if applicable)
