  • Visible tracking events for remittance

DHL eCommerce Shipment Value Protection provides peace of mind to you and your customer, with coverage of up to MYR200.00 per parcel, making it easy to protect yourself against loss or damage to goods while they are in transit. Additional insurance can be purchased to insure higher value items.

To give your customers the security of peace of mind they expect from an e-commerce shop, we offer both a One-Time Passcode option and Open Box Service

One-Time Passcode

  •  OTP trigger to receiver before delivery and then parcel delivered only on entering correct OTP

Open Box Service

  • Recipients allow to inspect the parcel contents before accepting

For those requiring paper proof of delivery we offer:

  • Signed off delivery paperwork upon the time of delivery
  • Paperwork is trackable through specialized track events
  • Consolidated weekly returns

Using software that meets the Malaysia Postal Service’s standards, we can verify every address on your domestic shipments, correcting the ZIP Code if necessary.
