If this happens, our driver will leave a note in your mailbox telling you which neighbor has received your delivery. Do you have a tracking number for your parcel? You can see in our track & trace app which neighbor received delivery.

Please contact the shipper if you do not want your parcel to be delivered to a neighbor. The shipper can inform us of this decision.

  • We cannot intervene once your parcel has been sent back to the shipper. We advise you to get in touch with your shipper to have your order sent to you again.

  • Make sure the parcel is packed carefully. If the parcel is not packed well enough, our driver might not accept it.

You will receive a proof of delivery from our driver upon pick-up of your parcel. Please keep this proof of delivery. This is your proof that the parcel has indeed been handed over to us.
