Login and Password Help

The login process is changing to improve security and simplify access across DHL Express applications, portals, and tools.
The updated process includes:

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security
  • Enhanced monitoring for fraudulent or suspicious behavior
  • One set of credentials for registration, login, and profile management across multiple DHL Express applications and tools

When you receive the initial email describing the changes, you can expect to experience the new login process within about two to three weeks.

If you are already registered with DHL Express, you may receive email notifications before changes are applied to your login process. If you haven’t seen these emails, what you need to know is that you will log in as normal and then be prompted to go through the new Multi-Factor Authentication security process as part of the transition.

If you have accepted cookies for DHL Express, you should usually only see the double login once.

If you do not allow cookies or have not accepted all cookies from DHL Express, you will continue to see multiple login steps until the update process is complete.

If you are a corporate customer, check with your company’s internal email security team. The one-time password may be blocked by:

  • Firewalls
  • Spam filters
  • Content filtering
  • VPNs
  • Proxies
