The Table of Fees for Additional Services

The Table of Fees for Additional Services (TFAS). The file contains a list of fees and additional services effective from 01.01.2026. DHL Fracht is entitled to make changes to the TFAS or issue a new TFAS at any time.

Fuel Surcharges

A fuel surcharge applies to all road freight products and is calculated on top of the base transportation cost (excluding value‑added services). The surcharge is adjusted based on market fuel price fluctuations, with the index published in advance

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and the resulting significant increase in global fuel prices, we have implemented a methodology of weekly fuel surcharge updates.

This measure will remain in effect until market conditions stabilize.

Actual applicable level of fuel surcharge for international road freight services (Euroconnect, Eurapid, Standard Pallet International, Premium Pallet International services):

  • 13.04.2026 - 19.04.2026 - 40,00%
  • 06.04.2026 - 12.04.2026 - 39,00%
  • 30.03.2026 - 05.04.2026 - 38,5%

Actual applicable level of fuel surcharge for international road freight services (Euroline and Euroline domestic services):

  • 13.04.2026 - 19.04.2026 - 15,50%
  • 06.04.2026 - 12.04.2026 - 15,25%
  • 30.03.2026 - 05.04.2026 - 16,50%

Cost Raise Factor (CRF)

The CRF surcharge is applicable for DHL Freight Euroconnect, Eurapid, Standard Pallet International and Premium Pallet International services and will be added to the total of freight value (before additional surcharges).

Calculation based on the increase of selected factors costs. The current cost will be announced in advance.

Road Toll Surcharge (MAUT)

In connection with the amendment to the Council of Ministers’ regulation, published on January 13, 2026 in the Journal of Laws, new rules will take effect on February 1, 2026, introducing an extension of the toll road network in Poland by an additional 645 km as well as an increase in electronic toll rates within the e‑TOLL system by approximately 40%.

In line with the new regulations, we would like to inform you about the updated road toll surcharge (MAUT) applicable to our transport services:

until January 31, 2026 – 2.21%,

from February 1, 2026 – 4.98%.

The adjustment of the surcharge results directly from the projected increase in operating costs associated with the updated toll calculation rules, the expansion of the road network covered by the e‑TOLL system, and the updated rates announced by the Ministry of Finance.

Currency Adjustment Factor

Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) is the percentage difference between the exchange rate applied to and the average arithmetical of daily exchange rates of NBP (National Bank of Poland) from the month preceding the month of CAF indicator is in effect.

Factor of cost structure is stating the share of forwarding and logistic cost stated in currency in relation to total costs. At present at DHL Freight it is 65% and may change with the change of costs’ structure of DHL Freight.

Currency adjustment factor (CAF) value applicable for international road freight services:

  • Current level of CAF surcharge: 0,0%

Customers are advised to review detailed information about the Currency Adjustment Factor.

DHL Freight (Poland) Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the Currency Adjustment Factor and it's calculating methodology without notice.

DHL Freight (Poland) Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the fuel surcharge index and table in advance. Both amount and duration of the fuel surcharge will be determined at DHL's sole discretion.
