Our services are provided exclusively in accordance with the "Condições Gerais de Prestação de Serviços pelas Empresas Transitárias” (“General Terms and Conditions of Services provided by Freight Forwarding Companies"), the contents of which are attached hereto. By accepting our negotiation proposal, the Client, having thus knowledge of these general conditions, accepts them.

Our responsibility is limited to the established by law or convention (CMR Convention, Montreal Convention, Brussels Convention, Local Laws and others applicable) and shall apply to the carrier who physically carries out the transport, in accordance with Article 15 of DL 255/99 of 7 July.
