Surcharges
Surcharges related to road freight transports
The fuel surcharge is calculated on the basis of the average weekly diesel prices in the 27 EU countries.
The basis for determining the surcharge is the average of diesel prices (including VAT) of 27 EU member countries from the previous month published in the Oil Bulletin and is valid for the following month (e.g. the average of prices from January is valid for March).
This is applied according to the model below which determines the amount of the fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge is adjusted monthly.
