DHL Finder Terms of Use

Right of Use - Deutsche Post AG grants you the non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right, limited in time to duration of use, to use the information available on the DHL Finder solely for private purposes. Any commercial use requires the written consent of Deutsche Post AG. Commercial use, among other things, is presumed if more than 200 individual queries are conducted within 24 hours.

Free service - Deutsche Post AG currently offers DHL Finder service for free. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee of use for service in the future.

Our right to suspend - We may suspend or block your use of DHL Finder with immediate effect upon notice, if we determine that there has been a material breach of the obligations with respect to these Terms of Service or a security incident, or if the suspension or restriction is required by law, a court order or the request of a government authority.

Modification, Limitation, Termination - We may, at our discretion, modify, limit or terminate the free DHL Finder offer and access and use at any time.

Warranty and Liability - Free offers are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not provide support or make any promise of availability with respect to our Free Offers. We are responsible for any damages or other claims arising out of or in connection with your use of a free offer only in cases of dolo, misconduct and gross negligence. Our liability for damages and other claims based on mild negligence is entirely excluded.

Dispute Resolution Platform - EU Commission offers a platform for extrajudicial litigation resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially resolve disputes related to their use of the services online without having to go to the courts.

General duty of information in accordance with Article 36 of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act Deutsche Post AG and DHL Paket Gmbh are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings to an arbitral board. Shippers sending consumer shipments under our General Terms of Contract (CGC) and its recipients, if they are also consumers, may engage the arbitral board of consumption to address disputes regarding rights and obligations in the event of loss, theft or damage to postal shipments, or the infringement of proprietary rights under a legal regulation under § 18 of the German Postal Act (PostG), if an agreement with Deutsche Post AG or DHL Paket Gmbh is not possible.
