A single, standard returns label and proof of handover notification mean your customer can drop off their package at one of our 100,000 lockers and service points. We’ll collect and return it to you – or collate it to hold at your warehouse, if you prefer. Tracking returns and undeliverable goods works the same as outbound shipments, so you always know what’s happening with your stock.
