Phillip Rabsahl is leading logistics procurement for Bayer's Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health division globally. Together with his team and colleagues at Bayer, he is delivering sustainable and customer focused logistics solutions to enable Bayer's mission "Health for all, Hunger for none".
Phillip holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University. Since joining Bayer 11 years ago, he held various strategic procurement roles related to manufacturing and distribution of healthcare products.

Walter currently holds the position of Global Logistics & Network Services Sustainability and Market Intelligence Lead at Pfizer. He has responsibility for leadership of sustainability initiatives, including carbon emissions reduction and the development of a roadmap towards a Net Zero company goal. His strategic execution of the Low Emission Fuels and Vehicles program has resulted in significant CO2e reductions.
His prior role as Logistics Network Operations manager involved financial oversight of critical supply chains and strategic supply chain design, contributing to improved performance and cost-efficiency. Walter has previously held roles at Glencore, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and PepsiCo.
Walter gained a Master of Engineering from the University of Zaragoza’s ZLC and a Graduate Certificate from the MIT Global SCALE Network as well as a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems Engineering at Tecnologico de Monterrey.

Sabina currently holds the position of Global Transportation Expert and Green Logistics Program Leader at Merck Group. As part of her responsibilities, she proactively identifies new transportation opportunities and operational efficiencies aimed at reducing transportation costs, emissions, and improving overall process efficiency. Among other projects, she led the successful implementation of a significant Air to Sea conversion for long-distance transportation, resulting in substantial improvements to the transportation cost structure and an 11kt reduction in CO2 emissions.
Sabina joined Merck’s Logistics department in 2019 after a consolidated experience as Finance Director in Procter & Gamble. In addition to other significant leadership positions, she assumed the position of Plant Finance Director for 2 chemical plants in Italy, further enriching her experience in the realm of Supply Chain management.
Sabina owns a Master’s Degree in Business Administration gained at LUISS Business School in Rome.

Morten Duus Eriksen is a seasoned logistics and transportation specialist with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Born and raised in Denmark, Eriksen developed an early passion for optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing transportation efficiency.

From Cologne, Germany, Ulf Venne serves as VP Enablement for Everstream Analytics. For the past 12 years he has raised awareness of supply chain risk management and helped companies improve their supply chain resilience and agility. Before joining Everstream, Ulf worked as a supply chain operations lead in the telecom industry, where he received multiple awards for supply chain excellence. In 2023 Ulf was recognized as a Supply Chain Pro-to-Know.
He has authored and published multiple articles and white papers on tools and methodologies for supply chain resilience, agility, and sustainability. Ulf Venne is a regular conference speaker and workshop presenter and actively shares insightful content on LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Prior to joining Everstream Analytics, Ulf Venne worked operationally as Head of Supply Chain Operations in the telecommunications industry, where he received several awards for excellence in supply chain optimization. Ulf holds a Magister Artium degree in Sinology (Chinese culture and language) and Economics from the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany.

Volker Cloos began his career in Germany at a manufacturing site, where he took on various roles including Planning, Packaging Operations Lead, Organizational Re-design, and Supply Chain Lead. He later became the leader of the European distribution center. Volker then transitioned to a regional role in Global Logistics, where he established security standards, developed a regional organization, introduced financial accountability, and managed several warehouse and transportation bids.
He spent two years in China manufacturing, introducing global supply chain standards and establishing a 3PL model for inbound and trade logistics. Following that, Volker gained one year of experience in Clinical Trial distribution in the US, where he optimized outsourcing processes in packaging and distribution.
Volker returned to China, spending three years with the commercial team to develop an optimized logistics setup, improve flow and S&OP processes, and build the Asia Supply Chain and Logistics organization. He then spent four years in Singapore, setting up a regional consolidation hub and leading the Asia Supply Chain and Logistics organization.

As President of Life Sciences and Healthcare, Claudia Roa is responsible for driving growth and developing sector strategy, enabling and driving the development of best-fit end-to-end innovative solutions on a global scale. She is a member of the Customer Solutions & Innovation Global Senior Management Team and heads the DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare Global Senior Management team and the Customer Logistics Advisory Board.
Claudia is a supply chain professional with over 33 years of experience. She started her career working for AEI/Florcarga in Colombia. After the acquisition of the company by DHL, Claudia relocated from Colombia to the USA in 2003. Since then she has held various leadership positions across several sectors. Since 2017 she led the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector in the Americas region moving then to her current global role in July 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana of Bogota, Colombia. Claudia resides in Miami, FL with her family.

Ilhami Arslanoglu was appointed as the Vice President for Life Sciences and Healthcare of DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation, EMEA in 2020. Passionate about the life sciences and healthcare industry, he leads a team responsible for the Group’s top customers in the region, leading and providing senior counsel to help simplify and manage complex international supply chains for the world’s leading enterprises. Since 2023, Ilhami has assumed additional responsibilities as the Regional Head for CSI in Europe.
Ilhami first joined DHL in 2007 as DHL Supply Chain EMEA’s Vice President for Automotive and Industrial, where he was responsible for driving the automotive and industrial development business. He then moved to DHL Global Customer Solutions in EMEA as VP of Automotive where he developed the passenger vehicle sub-sector for the Group and grew the company’s share of business from major automotive manufacturers globally. He has 30 years of logistics industry experience – with more than 20 years especially focused on the dynamic and swiftly evolving automotive logistics industry.

As Head of Sustainability in DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI), Florian Schwarz is responsible to drive the Sustainability agenda for and with the top 100 customers across the Deutsche Post DHL divisions. This includes achieving a carbon footprint reduction through the GoGreen product portfolio of clean fuel & technology, supply-chain optimization, and circularity solutions. It also means educating DHL’s sales organization on sustainability and demonstrating thought leadership inside and outside of the organization.
In his previous role in DHL CSI, Florian was responsible for the Program Office and the Coronavirus Customer Taskforce. Before that, with DHL Global Forwarding, Florian created and lead the After-Sales Organization which took customer reporting and issue resolution to a new level, building on his extended experience as Lean Six-Sigma Blackbelt and Head of Strategy France. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and lived and worked in different countries in Europe and Americas.

Tim Tetzlaff leads DHL Supply Chain’s Accelerated Digitalization & Automation agenda. Leveraging DHL Supply Chain’s unique scale of 2,000+ operations and 180,000+ colleagues worldwide, he is responsible for identifying, productizing and rolling out key digital and automation technologies across DHL Supply Chain’s global network of sites. As of 2024, DHL Supply Chain has deployed 7,200+ projects as part of this agenda – which include thousands of collaborative robots, data analytics tools and wearables.
Tim has a background in technology management, economics and management consulting.

In an end-to-end approach his global team also drives innovation from customer engagements, technology scouting, and research to proof of concepts and commercial solutions. His area of responsibility includes the DHL SmartSolutions IOT team providing global IoT solutions for the purpose of supply chain visibility, operational excellence, customer experience, and employee safety.
