“There are also practical considerations the first of which is people!” notes the Mexico Operations Coordinator at DHL Fulfillment Network. “We have a team of seven permanent staff dedicated to this customer, which can grow to 20 during seasonal peaks.”
The distribution center is strategically located to support national and international logistics, enabling shipments within Mexico and to Costa Rica, Colombia, and Chile.
Thanks to this partnership, the customer can now visualize every order in real time, anticipate issues, and block suspicious orders before shipment preventing fraud-related losses. This increased visibility and control reduced delivery times from seven days to just two, significantly improving the end-customer experience.
