  • Dr. Thomas Ogilvie has held a number of management positions over more than fifteen years with DHL Group. He joined the company in December 2001 with the Market Research Service Center (MRSC) at DHL Consult GmbH. He then went on to hold a number of product and business development roles within the eCommerce division, taking over the newly created role of Senior Vice President for Private Customers and Online Strategy, DHL eCommerce Germany, in 2011. In January 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, DHL Group.

    Thomas holds a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Bonn in Germany and a PhD. Economics from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

  • Linda Aiello leads a unified Global Salesforce Business Partner team, builds strong partnerships across the company, and implements strategic changes that drive success for the business and engagement among the employees.

    Linda Aiello's career highlights include; recognition as a Great Place to Work in global markets including the UK, Germany, Canada & Japan, Led Human resources & recruiting in EMEA for Uber and 20 years experience managing and developing people at leading fashion brands including LVMH Fashion Group, Jimmy Choo & Bruno Magli.

  • Ben Gesing is a global innovation leader with 8 years of experience developing technical solutions in the logistics, telecommunications, and consumer electronics industries. Today he leads the Global Trend Research activities at DHL, driving the company’s customer-centric innovation activities from the DHL Innovation Center near Bonn, Germany. 

    Together with his team, he is responsible for shaping the innovation agenda at DHL Group, from publishing industry research to piloting and scaling cutting-edge solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, and others in live logistics operations together with startups, customers, and operators.

  • Dr. Markus Voss is a member of the Top Executive Council of the DHL Group. 

    As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of DHL Supply Chain Dr. Voss is overseeing operations in more than 50 countries in a 13bn EUR division offering warehousing, transportation and value-added services for leading companies.  

    In his role, Dr. Voss manages a global organization of more than 2,000 IT specialists responsible for translating ever-evolving business requirements into world-class digital solutions. As COO, he oversees more than 2,500 supply chain operations and is responsible for driving standardization, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and safety in the business.  

    Close partnerships with leading global IT organizations enable DHL Supply Chain to offer a gamut of IT solutions from warehouse and transportation management systems to mobile supply chain management apps, through to game-changing innovations such as Augmented Reality, Collaborative Robotics, and Internet of Things. DHL Supply Chain´s standardization agenda coupled with its innovation culture gives its customers a competitive edge in the market.  

    Dr. Voss has been in the industry for 17 years. Since joining DHL in 2003, he has held a number of senior leadership roles and was most recently CIO for Mainland Europe, Middle East & Africa at DHL Supply Chain.  

    Dr. Voss is a German national and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Cologne in Germany. He is married with three daughters.  

  • Olaf Schnapauff is a Technical Director, CTO Officeat Google. The CTO Office is a team made up of senior Google technology experts and former enterprise CTOs. They foster collaborative innovation between Google and its most strategic customers around the world. The customers they engage have hard technical problems and strong brand identities. In addition to working with Google product and engineering teams, they also spend time engaging with Google customers via speaking engagements and published pieces. 

    Olaf currently has a special focus on the Travel and Hospitality and Aviation verticals, and the technical field of Reliability. Olaf is currently interested in the opportunities and challenges of Enterprises adopting Cloud, and the evolution of Data, Communications, AI, and Infrastructure capabilities. Olaf is focused on next practices around technology and architecture and has led various global Architecture and Technology Leadership functions. He is passionate about leveraging Technology to adopt new business opportunities and provide world-class, stable and scalable solutions for our customers.

    Before joining Google, Olaf was the CTO & Head of Architecture and Technology Governance, Technology Platforms & Engineering for Amadeus. Amadeus is a leading SaaS and Service provider for the global travel and tourism industry. Amadeus provides comprehensive real-time search, pricing, booking, ticketing, and other processing solutions to travel providers and travel agencies, and executes mission-critical business processes, such as reservations, inventory management, flight management, and property management. Amadeus is a highly transactional and extremely mission-critical SaaS, which is in the middle of migrating to use Kubernetes and public Cloud as its foundation. 

    Prior to joining Amadeus, Olaf was with Deutsche Telekomwhere he led building new business models based on cloud technology. Within the T-Systems division of Deutsche Telekom, he was the CTO Cloud and innovated new cloud and big data-based platforms, developing strategic partnerships between T-Systems and companies like Vmware and Cisco, and with senior leaders in the industry. 

    Prior to this, Olaf was a Principal Engineer and global CTO of the Vodafone key account at Sun Microsystems, and part of the Sun CTO office. 

    Olaf holds a Computer Science Diploma from Technische Universitat Braunschweig, Germany; and researched at Utah State University, USA.

    Olaf is a scuba diving instructor, snowboarder, and sailor and spends his free time either in the Mountains or above and underwater.
