According to the 12th Federal Immission Protection Act

Public information on lower-tier and higher-tier establishments according §§ 8a and 11 of the 12th Federal Immission Protection Act (Hazardous Incident Ordinance). As establishment who are subject to the requirements of the 12th Federal Immission Protection Act, it is regularly inspected by the relevant supervisory authority. Furthermore, the section in accordance with § 7 (1) and the security report regarding higher-tier establishments in accordance with § 9 (1) have been presented to the authorities.
