I lead the Retail development agenda for DHL Supply Chain in the UK. This focuses on supporting new and existing customers with their supply chain development to grow our business. Within Retail we have a broad product portfolio offering including omni-channel warehousing, transport solutions including large item home delivery and returns management.

I have been with DHL for 23 years with a diverse career during that time. I spent around 10 years running Retail and Life Science operations and then expanded my experience into project delivery, operations excellence and learning and development. I have been in Development for the past 5 years and I love engaging with customers and helping them solve their challenges.
