Simply go into your nearest location, or use our online tools to calculate shipping costs, create and pay for your shipment, then either print a label or generate a QR code – no printed waybill needed. Just bring your prepared package to one of our ServicePoints; our team will take care of the rest.

You can send documents and parcels to destinations worldwide via DHL Express ServicePoints. Parcels must meet size and weight limits for drop-off. If your shipment is larger or heavier, DHL Express offers courier collection and specialist handling options.
No. You can create and pay for your shipment online without a DHL Express account, or visit a DHL Express ServicePoint where our staff can help you prepare, pack, and pay for your shipment there and then.
Yes. When you create your shipment online, you can choose to generate a QR code instead of printing a label. Simply show the QR code at the DHL Express ServicePoint, and our team will take care of the rest.
If your shipment is large or heavy, we recommend contacting DHL Express Customer Service to arrange the most suitable collection option:
- If your parcel exceeds 70 kg and/or exceeds 120 x 80 x 80 cm, please book a DHL collection by phone. Our Customer Service team will arrange handling for heavy and oversized items.
- If your parcel weighs up to 70 kg and does not exceed 120 x 80 x 80 cm, you can book a DHL courier collection online or by phone.
- You can drop off and pay at a ServicePoint for shipments that fit into our largest ServicePoint box, which is 48x40x39 cm with a weight limit of 25kg
This ensures your shipment is handled safely and transported efficiently.
Yes. You can schedule a DHL Express courier collection from your home or office. Simply create and pay for your shipment online, choose a collection time, and the courier will collect your parcel directly from you.
You can pay online using a payment card. At DHL Express ServicePoints, payment by card or cash may also be available, depending on the location.
Absolutely. Once your shipment is sent, you can track it at every stage using DHL Track and Trace and receive status notifications along the way.
If your parcel doesn't fit into one of our free envelopes or boxes, and you are using your own packaging, you may wish to consider one of our other services:
- Book online with DHL Express (DHLitNow) - with this courier collection service, the maximum parcel weight is 70kg and the maximum parcel size is 120 x 80 x 80cm.
- Book with DHL by phone - over 70kg in weight and 120 x 80 x 80cm in size, Customer Service will also be able to provide you with a quote. Surcharges may apply.
If you still prefer to drop off, you can only send in your own packaging at our DHL ServicePoints located in DHL Express Service Centres (owned) where they have the capability to weigh and measure your parcel.
