DHL Express offers four main payment options for transport charges:
- Online via DHL MyBill
- Online via Payment Portal
- Bank Transfer
- BPAY
- By Phone
You may pay your invoice via bank transfer using the below information:

Account: Unique bank details on your invoice
Reference: Your DHL account or invoice number

No. You only need a credit card to pay for shipments.
Rate Changes and Service Changes
DHL Express adjusts its prices annually to address inflation and help maintain service quality. This takes into account factors such as:
- Currency dynamics
- Administrative costs linked to regulation and security
- Continued investment in air and ground networks
- Technology and service improvements

Some optional services, surcharges and customs service charges have been introduced as part of the annual rate update. These include:
- Customs Physical Intervention charge
Non-Conveyable Piece will be split into 2 separate billing charges.
- Non-Conveyable Piece (Weight)
- Non-Conveyable Piece (Irregular) which will now incur a surcharge
- There is one change in how we will charge for an Oversize Piece. This will now apply also to the second longest side of the shipment.
Duty Tax Processing will be called Duty Tax Processing: Account Holders and Duty Tax Processing: Non-Account Holders.

Yes. The new standard rates are reflected in DHL shipping systems from January 1 each year.
Login and Password Help
The login process is changing to improve security and simplify access across DHL Express applications, portals, and tools.
The updated process includes:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security
- Enhanced monitoring for fraudulent or suspicious behavior
- One set of credentials for registration, login, and profile management across multiple DHL Express applications and tools
When you receive the initial email describing the changes, you can expect to experience the new login process within about two to three weeks.
If you are already registered with DHL Express, you may receive email notifications before changes are applied to your login process. If you haven’t seen these emails, what you need to know is that you will log in as normal and then be prompted to go through the new Multi-Factor Authentication security process as part of the transition.
If you have accepted cookies for DHL Express, you should usually only see the double login once.
If you do not allow cookies or have not accepted all cookies from DHL Express, you will continue to see multiple login steps until the update process is complete.
If you are a corporate customer, check with your company’s internal email security team. The one-time password may be blocked by:
- Firewalls
- Spam filters
- Content filtering
- VPNs
- Proxies
Profile Management
Log in to DHL Express, then:
- Select My Profile from the top navigation
- Select DHL Express Login Profile

Account Protection
As a DHL Express account administrator, you should log in to DHL Express using the same email address that received the account request and enter your password.
- Once logged in:
- Go to My Shipment Settings
- Select Access eSecure
- Select Authorized User
- Choose status: Pending to view requests
- Select the request and click Approve.
This usually means you are logged in with a different email address.
Log in using the same email address that received the account request. Use Forgot/Reset Password if you have forgotten your password.
You can use the My Domain feature.
This allows you to specify which email domains may send account requests. Requests from any other domain are automatically rejected.
Yes. You can use the Authorized Domain feature.
This allows you to specify which email domains should be approved automatically. Requests from any other email domain will be rejected.
Once logged in to DHL Express:
- Go to My Shipment Settings
- Select Access eSecure
- Select Authorized User
- Choose status: Approved to view active authorizations
- Select the entry listed and click Reject
The authorization will be revoked immediately.
Common Account Questions
Not always. You do not need an account to pay for DHL Express shipments, as long as you have a credit card.
- Use the correct login email for account-related requests
- Keep your password access current
- Pay attention to MFA or one-time password issues
- Use My Domain and Authorized Domain settings to control access requests
- Revoke access immediately if it is no longer needed
