DHL Service Point

Our network covers the whole of Sweden. With more than 2,300 DHL ServicePoints (parcel stores and parcel lockers), we are always easy to find. The best part is that your customers can choose where they pick up their package.

DHL Home Delivery (for larger shipments)

DHL Home Delivery helps businesses and e-retailers deliver large shipments all the way to your customer's doorstep. DHL Home Delivery is a service with few limitations where communication with your customers is in focus. We maintain contact with the customer throughout the delivery and we strive to make the home delivery as smooth as possible for the customer.

  • Delivery speed: 1-3 days
  • Maximum weight:  800 kg per colli, 2,500 kg per shipment
  • For items less than 50 kg maximum dimensions = 599 x 240 x 220 cm (l x w x h)
  • For items greater than 50 kg maximum dimensions = 299 x 240 x 220 cm (l x w x h)
  • Maximum volume:  3,57m3 per colli, 8,93m3 per shipment
  • Loading meter:  0,51 per colli, 1,28 per shipment

DHL Parcel Connect

DHL Parcel Connect makes it easy to send parcels to private customers in Europe by offering recipients flexible delivery to service points, parcel lockers or all the way home. We have solutions for both larger and smaller companies so that you can focus on what you are best at.

  • Maximum standard size: 120 x 60 x 60 cm (additional fee applies for larger parcels)
  • Maximum sizes: length = 200 cm, length + circumference = 360 cm (For example, if the length is 200 cm, the girth must not be more than 160 cm)
  • Cargo Insurance: Up to SEK 250,000/ shipment
  • Dangerous goods: Limited quantity to Norway, Denmark

With DHL Cargo insurance, you have a reliable full-value insurance with extra security without deductible. This means that you can feel safe sending goods with DHL Freight.

Shipment Options

If you want your shipment to be delivered before a certain time, we offer the priority delivery option. We also offer our option Skicka Grönt (Send it Green). When you add this to your booking, the carriers get their extra cost that 100% renewable fuels cause and you as a customer get a reduced fossil carbon footprint.

  • PRE 10 – Delivery before 10.00
  • PRE 12- Delivery before 12.00

Delivery Notifications

Tracking notifications in email and text for both the consignee and consignor keep you up to date on your shipment status. With pre-advice by driver, our driver calls the consignee approximately 15-30 minutes before delivery to give both you and the consignee a higher level of control.

Delivery Assistance and Collections

Sometimes you need a little extra help with heavy or bulky deliveries that need to be loaded, unloaded or carried in. We can handle it. We also offer additional options for delivery or collections.

  • Loading Or Unloading At Non Regular Working Hours
  • Collection At Terminal

Billing Options

In a transport chain we know there are times when person sending the shipment won't be the person paying for shipping. Third party payer is often used by a party acting only as the stakeholder.
