
PRE7, PRE10 or PRE12?
Delivered to the recipient before a certain time.
If you want your domestic shipment to be delivered to the recipient before a certain time, we offer Priority delivery services. Should we - against all presumptions - not deliver on time, we will pay back the shipping and optional costs.
The times we can offer delivery before are:
- PRE7 - Delivery by 07:30
- PRE10 - Delivery by 10.00
- PRE12 - Delivery by 12:00
How do I book a Priority delivery?
BOOKED via E-service or DHL Customer Service. Provide all packages in the shipment with a special label for Priority delivery (PRE7, PRE10 or PRE12). You receive the label automatically when the shipment is booked with the option and the shipping documents are printed via www.dhl.se. If you print your shipping documents otherwise, labels are available for download below. If the label for Priority delivery service is missing on the package, the shipment is handled without option.
For consignments with option PRE7 and PRE10, the electronic consignment information must be transmitted to DHL during departure day no later than 16:00.
For PRE12, the electronic transmission information must be transmitted to DHL during departure day no later than 20:00.
