Before Transportation
Do you want to become a customer of DHL

To apply for a customer number with DHL, you need to have a registered company with an organization number. Apply to become a business customer and we will get back to you when everything is ready. A basic insurance to cover loss or damage is included in the freight price. The insurance replaces up to 500sek/gross kilo for our domestic parcel products (DHL Service Point) and up to 500 Euro per shipment for international packages (DHL Parcel Connect). If the value of the goods is higher, it is possible to take out an additional insurance.

What you are not allowed to send with DHL

Price

The price of a transport is based on several parameters. Among other things, weight, size, distance and what contract you have. If you already have a customer ID with DHL, you can log in and calculate your price. If you do not have a customer number today, you can get a customer number and see standard prices in our product sheets.

DHL offers pre-ordered pick-up by appointment. Contact our Customer Service at 0771-345 345 to apply for a standing pick-up at your address.

You are welcome to submit your shipment at one of DHL's terminals. The shipment must be packaged and marked with shipping documents.

DHL collects non-holiday weekdays between 7-17.

You can book pickup and create shipping documents through our website, MyDHL Freight or other software linked to DHL.
Drop-off Goods for Shipment

You are welcome to submit your shipment at one of the DHL terminals. The shipment must be packaged and marked with shipping documents.

During Transport
Track Shipment

If a shipment has been cancelled and needs to be searched, this will be done for up to 30 days (60 days for shipment to / from abroad). The matter is then submitted to our complaints department.

DHL's tracking number consists of 10 digits. Usually, you can track your parcel in the evening of the same day it has been picked-up. If more than one day has passed since the specified departure date and the shipment is still untraceable, please ensure with the sender that the goods have departed.

In our timetable you can search for an estimated delivery date using the sender's and the recipient's zip code and departure date. Any optional services may affect the delivery time

You can track your shipment via DHL Active Tracing or in your software.

Collecting Shipment

In order to collect a shipment from a DHL agent, you need to present the current shipping number and your ID.
Change of an On-Going Shipment

If you wish to change an ongoing shipment, the freight payer against DHL needs to submit to us with a request. Please contact our Customer Service.

After Transport

Check the number of parcels received against the specified number on your shipping documents. If the numbers are correct, please contact the sender.

Contact the sender in case of fault or damage to your product or product.
