Here's how to pick-up packages!

1

Notification by text message or e-mail

When your package has arrived, a notification is sent to the addressee by text or email, with the package consignment number and information about which DHL agency the package can be picked up from.

2

Find your DHL agent

If you are not sure where your nearest DHL representative is located, you can always search here. Just enter your address or zip code.

3

Shipping number and ID document

Be sure to take your shipment number and valid ID document with you when a package is to be picked up. You can also authenticate yourself with mobile bank ID (link can be found in sms and email notification)

  • SHOW YOUR ID WHEN YOU PICK UP A PACKAGE, PLEASE!

Always show an approved and valid ID when you pick up a package. If you pick up packages for someone else, you need to show both your and the recipient's ID.
