    The DHL Luxury & Fashion Forum 2022 is hosted at the Innovation Center in Germany near to Cologne. This was the first DHL Innovation Center to launch. A unique platform where delegates can expand networks, hear from leading innovators, connect with new collaborators to truly go beyond potential. A perfect venue for this year’s forum.

    DHL Innovation Center Europe, Junkersring 55, 53844 Troisdorf-Spich, Germany.

    Car: From A59, take the exit Spich (37) in the direction of Niederkassel/Sieglar. At the traffic light, turn right into Junkersring and then again right following the street. After 500m, you already see the DHL Innovation Center behind the curve.

    Sufficient free parking is available. We also offer electric car charging.

    Plane: Your target airport should be Cologne/Bonn

    Cologne/Bonn = CGN (15 min.)

    Frankfurt = FRA (60 min. incl. train ride)

    Düsseldorf = DUS (75 min.)

    Train: Nearest fast train station is Siegburg/Bonn, alternatively you can arrive at Cologne.

    What are the DHL Luxury & Fashion Forums?

    The DHL Luxury & Fashion Forum is a global event series hosted by DHL that provide a platform for DHL Customers and partners to come together to network, share ideas that drive business growth, and identify new opportunities for process excellence in the supply chain and logistics.

    Is this event open to everyone?

    Attendance to the DHL Luxury & Fashion Forums is open only to invited delegates. Any requests to register will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. DHL reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration due to limited capacity or any other discretionary reasons it deems necessary.

    Is there a cost to attending the conference?

    DHL does not charge a delegate fee to attend this conference. 

    What accommodation will be available for the conference?  

    DHL has secured room-blocks with selected hotels close to the venue, at preferable rates for the 5th or 6th or both dates. Upon registration, guests will be able to indicate their lodging requirements in order for us to secure a room from the block booking. Guests will be responsible for settling their accommodation accounts during check-out. Further information on the hotels to follow.

     

  • Covid-19 safety measures

    Your safety during this in-person event is of paramount importance. If you are vaccinated, you must present proof of full vaccination with a Covid vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), with a booster received 6 months after the second dose. If you are unvaccinated, you must present a negative test certificate for a test conducted within the preceding 72 hours. Please take this PCR test at least one day before your visit to ensure you receive the result in time. Please also continue to check our event website for any last-minute Covid protocol updates.
