We also provide additional information by directly linking out to the local DHL or delivery partner teams.

Our global tracking site also gives your customers additional services about the parcel delivery services you (as a business customer of DHL eCommerce) have booked for them. Such as a ‘’GoGreen’’ or a ‘’CashOnDelivery’’ service. We’ll even inform your customers how heavy their parcel is. Your customers are also provided with different services depending on their location - if they can’t receive the shipment on the day of delivery.
