Five ways to integrate with Parcel Connect services - eConnect

One interface that does it all

To get up and running with Parcel Connect, Parcel Connect Plus or Parcel Return Connect you need just one IT integration: eConnect. Accessible from many e-commerce platforms as well as directly from our web portal or API, you can generate delivery labels and track all your packages across Europe - and back again.

Five ways to get your customers orders to Europe and back when using the Parcel Connect services:

eConnect API

The one stop solution for large e-commerce customers in Europe to send parcel data, retrieve labels and access Track & Trace information. When using this interface, your system is directly connected to the eConnect service via RESTful-API. Parcels can be created automatically, labels can be provided in various formats or sizes and tracking is available.

eConnect Portal

The quickest integration option, the Portal allows you to immediately send, manage and track parcels via a web browser login, and doesn’t involve programming effort. The Portal also offers bulk options for semi-automated creation of a large number of parcels via list upload.

eConnect Client

Through the eConnect Client software, simple process automations can be created easily. After installation on your system, the software can be configured to automatically generate labels based on the data output of your application (such as webshop or WMS). The software is available as a free download via the eConnect Portal.

Plugin / Connectors

For convenient integration into webshop platforms such as Shopify and Prestashop, plugins and connectors directly link your existing sales platform with fulfillment through Parcel Connect. You can access plugins and connectors from our eConnect Portal or directly with your chosen shop system.

You can access eConnect directly through one of our software partners. eConnect is integrated into plenty of standard logistics software services such as nShift or Metapack.

Everything in one place

With eConnect you can request or generate your own shipping labels, complete with all the address fields and barcodes you need to reach any of 28 countries in Europe. You can use it to look up one of our 140,000+ access points (ServicePoints and parcel lockers) and ship your parcels to any of those. You can use eConnect to track and trace your parcels from pick-up right to your customer’s door or nearest access point.

 

Five access channels, one tool

All eConnect channels can be combined in any way you like.  For instance, if you send high volumes of parcels, you can integrate directly via an API and have full access to all services and products. For ad-hoc return label creation, you might prefer to use the eConnect Portal, where your customers can create return labels via an online self-service tool. 

However you decide to combine your access channels, you’ll have full tracking status information from the report section of the eConnect web portal.
