Goods can then be routed back to where ASOS needs them for sorting and returning to stock. This keeps inventory moving and wastage costs lower. Parcel Return Connect handles a parcel’s return journey as simply and effectively as its outbound journey. It can be returned to one of our 150,000+ parcel lockers and ServicePoints, or from the delivery address (in selected markets), returning with the same track and trace visibility every time.

We've created a self-service portal so your customers can print their own return labels, or you can use eConnect to pre-print a returns label with the delivery. For greater efficiency, we can even hold and collate your returns, or take them to a different destination, if that works better for you.

Make life easier for your customers with a pre-printed returns label and instructions in the box: Just print them off using eConnect. The label is valid for 6 months and the instruction can be printed in your customer’s language. If the goods are too large to be dropped-off at a DHL ServicePoint, you can add a pick-up flag in the parcel data so your customer can order an ad-hoc returns collection.
