DHL Freight: Warning for SMS scams using DHL
2022-06-22 There are currently a lot of fraudulent SMS messages trying to trick people into using card information by using the DHL brand.
These text messages that come contain a link to "pcdeliver.com" which appears to come from DHL. If you click on the link you will come to a website where it is stated that the package cannot be delivered and you are asked to pay a shipping cost.
From that link, you then move on where you will eventually have to provide your card details.
This type of phishing is one of many different attempts to steal card information from you.
Never click on links in text messages if you are unsure of where these refer to.
Regardless of who the sender is, you should never, at the request of anyone else, give out your card details, login details, bank dose details or other personal information.
