- Max weight per package: 31,5 kg
- Max standard measurements per package (Length x Width x Height) 120x60x60 cm.*
- Delivery via agent, parcel box or home to your customer.
- Normal delivery time: 2-7 days
* For parcels larger than standard dimensions, a fee will be added. However, a package must never be longer than 200 cm and that the length + circumference does not exceed 360 cm. Example: If the length of the package is 200 cm, its circumference must not exceed 160 cm.
Shipping to Norway or Åland? Don’t forget customs!
Parcels to countries / territories subject to customs duties must undergo an export from Sweden (EU) and an import in the recipient country. As the consignor, you are responsible for following the export and import rules and providing the correct customs invoice. Learn more in our product-specific terms.

Easy to send returns with DHL Parcel Return Connect

Three simple steps to send a package in return:
- Print return label. Can be added in the export parcel or sent afterwards as a PDF in an e-mail for the customer to print.
- Give customer a return instruction*.
- The customer hands in the return parcel at the closest parcel shop and receives a receipt. See the parcel shop map here.
The return parcel is fully traceable from hand-in to delivery at your door. Expect an extra day in lead time compared to export parcels.
* Contact customer service or your regular contact person at DHL Freight to get the complete return instruction, of course in local language. In countries where DHL is not the local partner, it is very important that the customer hands in the return parcel to the correct partner, such as B-Post in Belgium and AN Post in Ireland. Brief return instructions should be printed on the transport label. There are various delivery routines for bulky parcels, as well as local service if the customer wishes pick-up service.
NORWAY:
Note that returns from a country subject to customs duties (eg Norway) require a carefully completed return pro forma, see instructions here. A DHL Parcel Return Connect must have a clear connection to an original DHL Parcel Connect Export. If not, the return must be ordered from the exporting shipping company. If it is a pure import, we refer to DHL Freight Euroconnect.
