DHL Supply Chain Completes Acquisition of SDS Rx

Acquisition enables end-to-end life science and health care logistics capabilities

DHL Supply Chain, North America’s leading contract logistics provider, announced the successful completion of its acquisition of SDS Rx, a specialized provider of final-mile delivery and healthcare transportation services. The transaction marks a significant milestone in DHL’s strategic expansion within the life sciences and healthcare sector.

With the acquisition now finalized, the SDS Rx network of more than 200 U.S. locations will be integrated into DHL Supply Chain’s Life Sciences & Healthcare business, enhancing DHL’s ability to deliver time-critical, patient-centric logistics solutions across the full healthcare value chain.
