Adrien studied industrial engineering in the city of Lyon, France. After a year completing an MBA in Singapore, he settled in Brussels and integrated the global DHL Auto-Mobility team in 2014. As part of this team, Adrien has been occupying several positions looking after marketing, business development, and strategy and he is now Chief of Staff for the global DHL Auto-Mobility team. Living in the most congested city in Europe, he describes himself as a “mobility user” rather than a “motorhead” and is very much involved in DHL solutions development linked to EV logistics and sustainable transport.
Ben Gesing is a global innovation leader with 7+ years of experience developing technical solutions in the logistics, telecommunications, and consumer electronics industry. Today he leads the Global Trend Research activities at DHL, driving the company’s customer-centric innovation activities from the DHL Innovation Center near Bonn, Germany. Together with his team, he is responsible for shaping the innovation agenda at DHL Group, from publishing industry research to piloting and scaling cutting-edge solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence, computer vision, and robotics in live logistics operations together with startups, customers, and operators.
David Shillingford is the Chairman of Resilience360, an innovative supply chain risk management software platform that helps businesses predict, assess and mitigate the risk of supply chain disruptions.
Prior to Resilience360, David was a Senior Vice President at one of the world’s largest data analytics companies, Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ: VRSK) where he was responsible for the company’s entry into supply chain analytics.
David joined Verisk in 2008 when the analytics company he had founded in 2003 was acquired by Verisk. David’s career in data and analytics started with a company tasked with recovering stolen art following a career as an officer in the British Army that included airborne and special ops. David continues to work to bridge the gap between the military and business worlds through his work at PegasusBridge.org.
Erik Grab is Vice- President of Michelin in charge of Strategic Anticipation and Co-Innovation for the Michelin Group since 2012. He was previously Global Vice President Marketing for the two main Business Units of Michelin: the BtoB one and the BtoC one. He also created in 2014 the Movin’On LAB, a strategic anticipation and co-innovation ecosystem gathering over 300 international private corporations and public entities as well as academics and international organizations, based in Paris and now also in Montreal.
Before joining Michelin in 2003, Erik had founded a Business Consulting Agency ICON which he subsequently sold to WPP, world leader in advertising and marketing services (300 employees when it was sold). Erik began his career in sales, then turned to marketing consultancy and market studies, including within the German Institute GfK before becoming the company’s French branch CEO.
Erik is a strategic anticipation and innovation unconditional enthusiast and regularly speaks on university campuses and international forums on the future of mobility and more generally on innovation processes and methodologies.
He is one of the four qualified personalities in France who are advising the Defense Innovation Agency and is a member of the innovation steering committee of the French Army.
Fathi Tlatli has been with DHL for 16 years starting in 2004 as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector then receiving additional responsibility for the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007. In 2009 he moved to his current role as President of DHL’s Global Auto-Mobility Sector now responsible for the strategy, development and the global customer management program for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.
Fathi is holder of an MBA in International Management (University of Leuven) and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Economic Sciences (University of Louvain). In addition, he has diplomas in Integrated Supply Chain Management (University of Stanford) and International General Management (IMD).
Fathi is the author of books on Time Management (Effective Time Management, Gestion 2000) and marketing in Emerging Markets (Successful Marketing in Emerging Markets, Gestion 2000), as well as articles in the international management field.
After graduating with a degree in finance, management and economics, Florent Menegaux joined Price Waterhouse in 1986 as a consultant. He was soon appointed manager, specializing in interest rate risk control and management for banks.
In 1997, Florent Menegaux joined Michelin as Commercial Director for truck tires in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. He has served in various positions within the French group, including head of Africa-Middle East Zone, and executive vice president for the group's global passenger car and light truck operations.
In December 2014, he was appointed chief operating officer and then senior executive vice president of the Michelin Group in 2017. In 2018, Florent Menegaux is named Managing General Partner of the Group and one year later he is appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Lukas Neckermann is Managing Director at Neckermann Strategic Advisors, a consultancy based in London and New York with a focus on emerging new mobility trends and their strategic impact. He is also Chief Strategist at Splyt, a mobility and travel ecosystem startup.
He began his automotive career in BMW’s Central Marketing department, where he co-developed the first BMW.com website and helped launch the innovative Z8 sports car. Lukas joined Allianz in 2002, reporting to the Group’s CEO, Michael Diekmann. He rose through various strategic and line leadership functions, including Head of Business Development for Allianz Automotive, Head of Group Learning – responsible for the company’s corporate university, and Commercial Director of Euler Hermes UK plc. He is advisor to four further start-up companies: NEXT Future Transportation Inc. based in Silicon Valley, as well as Hyperion Executive Search, Flock, and Eliport, each based in Europe. He is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University, where he teaches “Strategy for the Entrepreneur”. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology Studies from Cornell University, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Matthias is responsible for the development of new concepts and identifying opportunities for digitalization in material and container processes at Volkswagen Konzernlogistik (Group Logistics), the central supply chain management organization that works across group brands.
He joined Volkswagen in 1999 and has worked across different logistic areas on plant, brand and group logistics level such as pre-series logistics, order management, inbound logistics and network planning before starting his current role in 2018.

Oscar de Bok is the Chief Executive Officer of DHL Supply Chain and Member of the Board of Management at DHL Group. De Bok is leading the contract logistics business of DHL providing leadership to over 160,000 employees across 55 countries.
Prior to this de Bok led the DHL Supply Chain business in Mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa and in the Asia Pacific region. He has worked in the logistics industry for 25 years, during which time he held a number of senior leadership roles within DHL Supply Chain.

Stefan Crets is the Executive Director at CSR Europe, the European platform for companies and stakeholders to exchange and cooperate to become European leaders in sustainable competitiveness and societal wellbeing.
From 2002 onwards, Stefan worked as the Lead Manager of CSR at Toyota Europe where he developed and implemented a new strategy. This strategy was disseminated worldwide within Toyota. In 2008, Stefan was appointed General Manager for Corporate Planning and CSR at Toyota Europe.
Prior to his experience at Toyota, he was Programme Advisor at the King Baudouin Foundation, and started his professional career as a research academic at the University of Antwerp.

Wim Elshout is ABB’s Group e-Mobility Solutions Area Manager for Latin America, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific since January 2017. In his role he is responsible for business development, project execution and service of ABB’s e-Mobility solutions for electric cars, buses and trucks in his region.
Wim is responsible for ABB’s technology partnership with the fast growing e-Mobility Service Providers and vehicle OEMs in ABB’s emerging and overseas e-Mobility markets. Together with these partners Wim introduced the first end-to-end charging solutions for electric vehicles in these markets, overcoming critical challenges presented by next-generation charging demands.
Wim grew up in the Oil and Gas industry where he spend 20 years of his career in various service and business development roles in the US, Asia and Europe. After 20 years in the industry he decided to make the change to contribute to the energy transition and the change in global mobility.
