The DHL Luxury & Fashion Forum is a global event series hosted by DHL that provide a platform for DHL Customers and partners to come together to network, share ideas that drive business growth, and identify new opportunities for process excellence in the supply chain and logistics.
Is this event open to everyone?Attendance to the DHL Luxury & Fashion Forums is open only to invited delegates. Any requests to register will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. DHL reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration due to limited capacity or any other discretionary reasons it deems necessary.
Is there a cost to attending the conference?DHL does not charge a delegate fee to attend this conference.

As former Vice President of Innovation at DHL, Gina brings over 10 years of international experience in the digital transformation of supply chain operations. With a dual competence in business and operations development, she launched DHL’s most advanced Innovation Center located in Chicago. Here, she partnered with DHL’s top 100 customers and startups to strategically evaluate and implement a broad range of automation technologies in post, parcel, forwarding and 3PL operations.
She also led DHL’s research series including the highly-regarded DHL Logistics Trend Radar publication. In her current role, Gina is shaping Locus’ end-to-end automation strategy and manages strategic technology partnerships. Hailing from New Zealand, Gina is a staunch advocate of using technology to improve the world around us.

Patricia Gabriel is an impressive Chief Supply Chain Officer at Capri Holdings Limited, a global fashion luxury group that includes Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors. Her supply chain transformations have been successful across various industries worldwide, focusing on customer centricity and developing diverse and high-performing teams.
Before joining Capri, Patricia led Mondelez International's supply chain operations and planning, transforming it into a customer-centric model while leading a cultural shift within the Supply Chain team. She also designed and led an international supply chain operating model for Anheuser-Bush, delivering in over 130 countries. Patricia's leadership style is impactful and passionate, and she is known for being a collaborative and results-driven leader who prides herself on empowering her people.

Tirath Kamdar is General Manager of Global Luxury at eBay. In this role, he drives innovation, growth and trust in the eBay luxury experience — elevating the marketplace across international markets and among premiere brands and retailers while deepening engagement with fine watch, jewelry and handbag consumers.
Tirath joined eBay in 2020, following the co-founding of TrueFacet.com, the first authenticated marketplace for jewelry and watches with over 30 brand partnerships. Prior to founding TrueFacet, Kamdar was a growth marketing leader at top e-commerce companies, including Fab.com, Kellogg, Groupon and Lightbank, where he helped build and invest in start-ups. He also spent 7+ years in the B2B and B2C wholesale jewelry and luxury retail industries, where he was trained in diamonds and jewelry manufacturing, and led business development for US markets looking to grow retail and wholesale businesses.

Mirella is responsible for leading a global team that serves the company’s top customers in online marketplaces, fashion and luxury. As part of DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI), her team simplifies the customer experience by providing a single point of contact to all DHL business divisions.
Recognizing the potential for e-commerce to rapidly change business behaviors, Mirella has for many years helped to build DHL’s e-commerce capabilities. Prior to her current role, Mirella was Vice President of DHL Global E-commerce and was driving the development of the DHL e-commerce sector. Mirella has held a number of other senior leadership positions in sales, people management, and virtual team management, and has lived and worked around the world.

Since February 2018 Katja Busch has been responsible for the Sales Organization “DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation” as Chief Commercial Officer & Head of CSI at DHL Group.
From January 2013 – January 2018 Katja Busch was Chief Sales Officer (CSO) DHL Parcel Germany in the Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. Prior to this she was Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel for over six years in the Mail division at Deutsche Post AG responsible for domestic sales including customer service for Parcel. Appointed CSO DHL Parcel Germany in 2013, Busch assumed overall responsibility for customer service for both Mail and Parcel business units, including 22 call centers operated by Deutsche Post Customer Service GmbH. From March 2014 – January 2018 she headed international customer service for the Group’s Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. In August 2016 she also assumed responsibility for the newly created Global eCom* Key Account Management unit.
Following an education in natural sciences, Busch spent seven years in various sales roles at TNT Express Germany before moving to DHL Group in 1997. After serving as service branch head and business department head, she was appointed Head of Marketing & Sales in January 2004 at DHL Express Austria based in Vienna. In March 2006 she was appointed Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel Germany.
