He pivoted, packed up, and headed to the U.S. to study and start fresh. Fast-forward a few DHL stops later (IT, strategy, customer service -you name it), and Pablo now leads the charge as Global CEO. He’s lived the hustle, understands the grind, and knows how to ask the questions that get real answers. Empathetic, sharp, and never afraid to unpack the tough stuff - Pablo’s the kind of host who makes business feel personal (and podcasts worth listening to).
