Speakers

Dr. Nicolò Campagnol

Dr. Nicolò Campagnol serves as Chief Program Officer (CPO) at BASQUEVOLT, where he drives the global customer programs and industrial commercialization of next-generation battery technology. He previously spent years advising automotive manufacturers, battery producers, and materials suppliers as a leader at McKinsey & Company, where he founded and led Battery Insights, the firm’s proprietary battery market intelligence platform. A trained electrochemist with a PhD from KU Leuven and research experience at MIT, Nicolò operates at the exact intersection of deep-tech innovation, global supply chain strategy, and gigafactory deployment.

Jonny Haworth

Jonny Haworth is the Director of Commercial Partnerships at Formula 1, focusing on expanding and amplifying commercial opportunities through Sponsorship, Licencing, Esports and Digital. Before joining Formula 1, Jonny held positions at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he was responsible for sponsorship and advertising revenue for WBD's Golf media properties, and the PGA Tour as Vice President, Global Business Development, where he helped grow the reach of the sport and development and commercialisation in key markets including China and Latin America. He also held position as Sponsorship Sales Manager for Manchester United, utilising the club’s sponsorship rights globally. 

Ricardo Olalla Guerra

Ricardo Olalla Guerra holds a degree in Physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and an MBA from the Training Institute of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He has been with the Bosch Group since 1992.

Throughout his career, he has held positions in ABS/ESP application engineering, electric drive development—primarily windshield wiper systems—validation laboratories and prototype workshops, project management, and sales across Spain, Germany, the United States, and Mexico.

Since January 2011, he has led the Sales Department for Spain and Portugal within the Mobility Solutions business sector, primarily responsible for the sale of automotive components and systems to vehicle manufacturers. Since 2021, he has also been responsible for the Customer Quality Service area within Mobility Solutions for Spain, France, Italy, the Benelux countries, Romania, Türkiye, and Africa.

He is actively involved in the automotive industry, serving as Vice President of SERNAUTO, a board member of ASEPA, and a member of the Governing Council of the INSIA Master's Program in Automotive Engineering.
