Billy Monger
Billy Monger is a racing driver, Formula 1 pundit, Paralympian, and DHL ambassador whose remarkable journey has made him an inspiring figure both within and beyond motorsport. Known for his extraordinary resilience, unwavering determination, and ability to overcome adversity, Billy embodies the values at the heart of DHL. His story is a powerful example of perseverance and reflects DHL’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
Dr. Nicolò Campagnol
Dr. Nicolò Campagnol serves as Chief Program Officer (CPO) at BASQUEVOLT, where he drives the global customer programs and industrial commercialization of next-generation battery technology. He previously spent years advising automotive manufacturers, battery producers, and materials suppliers as a leader at McKinsey & Company, where he founded and led Battery Insights, the firm’s proprietary battery market intelligence platform. A trained electrochemist with a PhD from KU Leuven and research experience at MIT, Nicolò operates at the exact intersection of deep-tech innovation, global supply chain strategy, and gigafactory deployment.
Fathi Tlatli
Fathi Tlatli is the President of DHL’s Global Auto-Mobility Sector, responsible for the integrated strategy, the global EV development and global customer management for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.
Fathi has held several international positions.
He is with DHL for over 20 years. He has been Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector. Then received additional responsibility for the Global Aerospace Sector, before taking global responsibility for the Auto-Mobility sector.
Fathi is the author of books on Time Management and Marketing in Emerging Markets, as well as articles in the international management and global supply chain management fields. He is also a professor at the ICHEC Brussels Management School.
Jonny Haworth
Jonny Haworth is the Director of Commercial Partnerships at Formula 1, focusing on expanding and amplifying commercial opportunities through Sponsorship, Licencing, Esports and Digital. Before joining Formula 1, Jonny held positions at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he was responsible for sponsorship and advertising revenue for WBD's Golf media properties, and the PGA Tour as Vice President, Global Business Development, where he helped grow the reach of the sport and development and commercialisation in key markets including China and Latin America. He also held position as Sponsorship Sales Manager for Manchester United, utilising the club’s sponsorship rights globally.
Ricardo Olalla Guerra
Ricardo Olalla Guerra holds a degree in Physics from the Autonomous University of Madrid and an MBA from the Training Institute of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. He has been with the Bosch Group since 1992.
Throughout his career, he has held positions in ABS/ESP application engineering, electric drive development—primarily windshield wiper systems—validation laboratories and prototype workshops, project management, and sales across Spain, Germany, the United States, and Mexico.
Since January 2011, he has led the Sales Department for Spain and Portugal within the Mobility Solutions business sector, primarily responsible for the sale of automotive components and systems to vehicle manufacturers. Since 2021, he has also been responsible for the Customer Quality Service area within Mobility Solutions for Spain, France, Italy, the Benelux countries, Romania, Türkiye, and Africa.
He is actively involved in the automotive industry, serving as Vice President of SERNAUTO, a board member of ASEPA, and a member of the Governing Council of the INSIA Master's Program in Automotive Engineering.
Stefan Fuehner
Since 2022, Stefan Fuehner has been VP Strategy & Commercial Development responsible for Strategy and Marketing at “DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI)” – the cross-divisional commercial organization of DHL Group – leading a global team driving strategic initiatives and market positioning towards the Group’s six focus industries and its largest customers.
Before assuming this additional responsibility, Stefan was leading Strategy and the CCO Office for DHL CSI since 2020, as VP Strategy and as Sr Director Commercial Development respectively.
Prior to that from 2016 to 2020, Stefan held roles focusing on the e-commerce space, both as a Partner Manager at DHL CSI working with global software and solutions providers and as Product Manager Crossborder at DHL eCommerce responsible for international shipping products and returns.
Upon graduating from the University of Cologne with a Master of Business Admin Administration focusing on Supply Chain Management, Stefan joined DHL Group in 2014.
Thijs Hulstman
Thijs Hulstman is the Sr. Director Digital Transformation Office and Global Customer Account Management at DHL Supply Chain and a sought‑after keynote speaker on the future of logistics. He leads global digitalization programs that apply AI, data analytics, and automation to optimize complex supply chain operations. Known for redefining ROI as the Risk of Inaction, Thijs inspires customers and teams to innovate boldly and proactively. His practical, solution‑driven approach has shaped DHL’s digital strategy and influenced industry standards. Approachable and collaborative, Thijs is passionate about simplifying complexity, mentoring emerging leaders, and championing technology that creates real operational impact.
