Jonathan Spearing is a senior director of Global eCommerce Solution Management. An experienced professional who combines strong strategic consulting skills with a pragmatic program management and entrepreneurial mindset, Jonathan has responsibility for global e-commerce solution management at DHL. He leads the design, development and implementation of innovative e-commerce logistics solutions for top global customers, leveraging all capabilities of Deutsche Post DHL Group. This includes strategic market analysis, identifying new solution opportunities, preparing and conducting customer workshops, and applying best practice to optimize processes, systems and tools. In his DPDHL Group career spanning more than 13 years, Jonathan has led many professional teams engaged in strategic development, sustainability, and global program management.

As managing director of DHL SameDay, Patricia is responsible for supervising the design of customized, expedited transportation and logistics solutions for clients in over 200 countries. In this role since 2015, she has implemented standard operating procedures for customer accounts, contributing over $75 million in revenue with an EBIT improvement of 5%, and she has created efficiencies in operating and invoicing models, saving over $2 million annually.
With a “can do” attitude and a passion for her work, Patricia is a committed logistics professional with more than 30 years of experience in a broad range of transportation specialisms. She has held various leadership positions in areas as diverse as revenue management, operations, sales, and marketing. Patricia is a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Tobias Larsson is a VP at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation and Head of DHL Resilience360. Over the past seven years, he has worked in product innovation to build insights and knowledge on what it takes to build resilient supply chains. Through supporting logistics, transportation and business continuity professionals and understanding requirements to build resiliency for brittle supply chains, he has spearheaded the development of industry-leading solutions and technologies that support a holistic approach to supply chain risk management. As a supply chain security and resiliency expert, he has participated in a large number of conferences as a presenter and facilitated sessions around supply chain risk management.
Tobias started his career at DHL thirteen years ago and has held various roles within the Express and Freight divisions of DHL. Before working for DHL, he was involved in start-up activities in his home country Sweden. Tobias has extensive work experience across the United States, the Netherlands, Finland and Iceland, Turkey and Germany. He holds a Master degree in Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
