Months of planning, build and training has resulted in the modern, integrated system going live across the globe.
The digital platform transforms how DHL Aviation handle capacity, allocation and bookings – improving the experience for our valued customers.
With regards to the commodities DHL Aviation Cargo carry, please note that iCargo utilizes three-letter IATA special handling codes. Find out more about commodity codes.
iCargo, which replaces CMS, has many useful booking and capacity benefits that put the GSA or direct customer in control, including:
- Easy to navigate and intuitive – very user friendly
- Route visibility – only see what is available
- Spot rates – option to submit spot rate requests
- Rates – visibility on contract rates
- Booking validation – factors in embargoes, restrictions and aircraft compatibility
- Confirmed status – reserved capacity, only pending further evaluation for RCG
