Required documents for shipments transiting Hong Kong

Failure to provide this important information will result in the shipment being held until all required documents are received:

• Master Air Waybill (MAWB) – Must include both Shipper and Consignee contact details.
• Cargo Manifest (only applicable for CONSOLs) – Must include both Shipper and Consignee contact details
• Cargo Security Declaration (CSD) – Mandatory for Air Hong Kong (LD), K-Mile (8K), Singapore Airlines (SQ), and materials transiting Oceania on Tasman Cargo Airlines (HJ) e.g. AKL materials routed via HKG-SYD
• Original DGD and checklist – Mandatory for all DG shipments
