  • He is located in Hamburg where all Trade Management and the European Tender Teams are placed. Markus is member of the European board of DHL Global Forwarding and is responsible for all Ocean Freight Operations in Europe as well as for the product China Rail.

    Markus Panhauser is in shipping for 30 years and is experienced in Deep Sea Trades, Silk Road, Short Sea, High Tech, Fashion, Retail Logistics, Wine + Spirits, Reefers, Pharma, Industrial Projects, Oil + Gas, Customs, warehousing ,NVOCC legal matters, Customs and Insurance.

    His pior engagements were Fr. Meyer´s Sohn global COO for the group managing 29 country organizations globally with 800 employees, Kuehne + Nagel Eastern Europe building up and managing 22 country organizations with 450 employees, as well as the management of Kuehne + Nagel Turkey as Managing Director.

    He graduated at the Hernstein General Management Institute.

    Markus Panhauser is Austrian citizen, lives in Hamburg, is married and has three children.

  • President of the DPDHL eRetail & Fashion Sector, Mirella is responsible for developing and managing key customer relationships, leading a global team that serves the company’s top customers in online marketplaces, fashion and luxury. As part of DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI), her team simplifies the customer experience by providing a single point of contact to all DHL business divisions.

    Recognizing the potential for e-commerce to rapidly change business behaviors, Mirella has for many years helped to build DPDHL’s e-commerce capabilities. Prior to her current role, Mirella was Vice President of DPDHL Global E-commerce and was driving the development of the DPDHL e-commerce sector.

    Mirella has held a number of other senior leadership positions in sales, people management, and virtual team management, and has lived and worked around the world.

  • Shehrina leads Resilience360’s Risk Monitoring function, where she spearheads the solution’s risk identification, monitoring and alerting capabilities. In this capacity, she manages a global team of analysts and is responsible for product development & strategy, intelligence coverage, and strategic partnerships. Shehrina has 12 years’ of logistics industry experience and a background in international development consultancy and communication. She studied Economics at North South University, Bangladesh and holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School, Germany.

  • Tilmann has 20 years of experience in the forwarding industry and joined our group in 2009. Since then he has held several leadership roles in Asia, Middle East and Europe at country, sub-regional as well as regional level. During his assignments he worked in the Airfreight, Ocean Freight as well as Sales function. Currently he is heading the HUB & Procurement in Germany.
