Since 1991 with the DHL Group and started with Seafreight Operations management and moved from there into various Sales management Roles from Routemanagement to Global Sector Head Consumer & Retail for the DHL Group. Working in the past also for CEVA Logistics in Sales management Roles with global responsibilities.

Zafer joined DHL Danzas Air & Ocean at 2002 as a branch manager of Izmir Office in Turkey. In 2006 he came to China as Trade Lane Manager of EMA region. In 2007 he got DHL employee of the year award in China.
In 2008 he took over DHL Dubai OFR head position and run re-engineering program in Dubai Ocean freight team. As a result of successful re-engineering program Dubai Ocean Freight Process flow has been selected best ocean freight process flow in their segments.
After his duty completion in Dubai he came back to DHL China and took over North and Central West Ocean Freight District Head position in 2010. After 1 year District Ocean Freight manager role, he promoted to be a Road and Multi Modal Head position and he became China Board Member in 2011.
He is in expert level for Chinese Road and Belt Policy in DHL group and pioneering expending DHL logistic solutions along the Road & Belt Policy countries. During 2016 - 2017 - 2018 he assisted many Chinese local government to build up Block train connections from China to Europe direction like Chengdu, Xian, Hefei. In 2019 Zafer has been successfully graduated Harvard Business School AMP196 program and currently studying MIT Sloan School of Management, MIT Computer and Science and Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy.

Mirella has held a number of other senior leadership positions in sales, people management, and virtual team management, and has lived and worked around the world.

Markus Panhauser is Head of Ocean Freight Europe in DHL Global Forwarding. He is located in Hamburg where all Trade Management and the European Tender Teams are placed. Markus is member of the European board of DHL Global Forwarding and is responsible for all Ocean Freight Operations in Europe as well as for the product China Rail.
Markus Panhauser is in shipping for 30 years and is experienced in Deep Sea Trades, Silk Road, Short Sea, High Tech, Fashion, Retail Logistics, Wine + Spirits, Reefers, Pharma, Industrial Projects, Oil + Gas, Customs, warehousing , NVOCC legal matters, Customs and Insurance.
His pior engagements were Fr. Meyer´s Sohn global COO for the group managing 29 country organizations globally with 800 employees, Kuehne + Nagel Eastern Europe building up and managing 22 country organizations with 450 employees, as well as the management of Kuehne + Nagel Turkey as Managing Director.

Sudeep Tandon leads air freight commercial topics within DHL Global Forwarding in his current role as Vice President, Airfreight Product Development. Sudeep has had a varied career spanning engineering, management consulting, supply chain solution design and pricing. Sudeep loves to use data to answer hard business questions and is passionate about building and embedding digital tools in decision making process within air freight. Outside of work, his interest include teaching, gardening and eclectic reading.
