Parcels up to 31.5 kg and 120 x 60 x 60 cm are handled as standard by Returns Connect - the same limits that apply to your Parcel Connect deliveries.

Your goods matter to us. That’s why Parcel Return Connect provides €500 transport insurance cover while your goods are with us or within our network.

Your customers want to send goods back hassle-free. With the largest Locker and ServicePoint network in Europe available to them, all shown online via the DHL Access Point Finder, they can drop-off when - and where - it suits them. As soon as they do, you will be notified that the goods are on their way back.

Make life easier for your customers with a pre-printed returns label and instructions in the box: Just print them off using eConnect. The label is valid for 6 months and the instruction can be printed in your customer’s language. If the goods are too large to be dropped-off at a DHL ServicePoint, you can add a pick-up flag in the parcel data so your customer can order an ad-hoc returns collection.
