Surcharges for Freight Shipping
DHL Global Forwarding utilizes an indexed fuel surcharge in shipping that is adjusted monthly, based upon the fuel prices published monthly by the U.S. Department of Energy. We also assess security surcharges based on the current global environment.
International Air Freight Fuel Surcharges
DHL Global Forwarding U.S. Airfreight’s Fuel Surcharge is based on a proprietary methodology to accurately model and assess airline fuel surcharges against our widely diversified use of carrier partners in our network footprint.
