从中国出口货物，进行国际运输时，您可能根据货物类型、目的地、相关方以及所需服务的不同，提供额外文件。

从国内出口货物时，特殊情况文件通常包括：

原产地证书
代理人授权书
执照、许可证、通行证、信用证或其他证书

原产地证书

某些国家对所有商品都需附有签署的原产地证书，而有些国家则仅对特定商品设此要求。

通常，公司信纸上打印的原产地声明即可满足要求。若必须提供签署的证书，可向当地海关、中国国际贸易促进委员会或其他地方分会申请办理。

原产地证书也是出口国享受配额待遇的凭证。根据我国签署的自由贸易协定，在向对应国家出口货物时，需要提供相关的优惠原产地证书，才能享受关税优惠待遇。
