We're Here to Help You Manage These Difficult Times
As the COVID-19 outbreak has globally taken over nearly every aspect of our daily lives, both personally and professionally, it is important to remain hopeful and confident that we will all eventually see through this crisis and come out stronger than we started. Our thoughts and sincere well wishes go out to everyone!
At DHL Global Forwarding, we are fully committed to helping our customers navigate the challenging situation that the COVID-19 outbreak has created and to find the best logistics solutions to mitigate the impact on their supply chains.
Despite this unprecedented situation, all DHL Global Forwarding stations are open (despite very few exceptions) and we are fully operational to serve our customers. Also, those employees that can work from home are doing home office.
As a globally operating company, epidemic and pandemic risk scenarios are an integral part of the DHL Group’s continuous risk planning. The Group’s task force closely monitors the situation, coordinates with international organizations (such as the World Health Organization) and provides the necessary information to all employees and relevant operations.
In line with recommendations given by local and international health authorities, DHL Global Forwarding has implemented a number of measures across our stations and offices on local, regional and global levels to safeguard our employees against infection. Our operating procedures and precautionary measures are based on the recommendations and protocols of official authorities, both international organizations, and local country health authorities advisories.
