Alternatively, you can order and pay directly at the ServicePoint. Our staff can pack and insure your shipment for you, and no DHL Express account is required.

You can send documents and parcels to destinations worldwide via DHL Express ServicePoints. Parcels must meet size and weight limits for drop-off. If your shipment is larger or heavier, DHL Express offers courier pickup and specialist handling options.
No. You can create and pay for your shipment online without a DHL Express account, or visit a DHL Express ServicePoint where our staff can help you prepare, pack, and pay for your shipment on the spot.
Yes. When you create your shipment online, you can choose to generate a QR code instead of printing a label. Simply show the QR code at the DHL Express ServicePoint, and our team will take care of the rest.
DHL ServicePoints are ideal for smaller, standard shipments. You can drop off your parcel at a ServicePoint if it weighs up to 55 lbs, and its dimensions do not exceed 18.9 x 15.7 x 15.4 in. If your parcel is larger or heavier, courier pickup is the better option.
If your shipment is large or heavy, we recommend contacting DHL Express Customer Service to arrange the most suitable collection option:
- If your parcel exceeds 154 lbs and/or exceeds 47.2 x 31.5 x 31.5 in, please book a DHL collection by phone. Our Customer Service team will arrange handling for heavy and oversized items.
- If your parcel weighs up to 154 lbs and does not exceed 47.2 x 31.5 x 31.5 in, you can book a DHL courier pickup online or by phone.
This ensures your shipment is handled safely and transported efficiently.
Yes. You can schedule a DHL Express courier pickup from your home or office. Simply create and pay for your shipment online, choose a pickup time, and the courier will collect your parcel directly from you.
You can pay online using a payment card. At DHL Express ServicePoints, payment by card or cash may also be available, depending on the location.
Absolutely. Once your shipment is sent, you can track it at every stage using DHL Track and Trace and receive status notifications along the way.
