This is a temporary surcharge ensuring operational continuity during a period of high demand.

• Effective February 17, 2026 the Demand Surcharge is suspended
• The suspension applies from all origins to all destinations and for all services in scope

DHL reserves the right to re-activate the Demand Surcharge. Both the amount and duration of the surcharge will be determined at DHL's sole discretion.
