DHL Express is Global Top Employer 2024

We are delighted that we at DHL Express have been named Global Top Employer 2024 for the 10th time in a row! Once again this year, our company has achieved top employer status in an impressive 50 countries, in all six regions: Americas, Asia-Pacific (excluding China), Europe, Middle East/North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Being a Top Employer means that we are all about creating a great work environment with progressive and employee-centric HR programs and practices. This is not just an award, but the fuel for our ambition to continuously improve.

In addition, DHL Group was once again recognized as a Top Employer in Europe. The award is presented by Top Employers Institute and is based on a comprehensive assessment of human resources management, working conditions, talent strategy, workforce planning, onboarding process, training and development, performance management processes and corporate culture. In this way, our Group - DHL Group - is getting ever closer to our strategic goal. 

By 2025, at least 90% of all employees should be working in workplaces that are certified as "Top Employer" or "Great Place To Work" (we were named the best employer in Austria and Europe by Great Place to Work in 2023 and the second best employer worldwide).

The Top Employers Institute highlighted DHL Group in particular:

• The Group implements the concept of so-called "Employee Listening", DHL Group conducts several employee surveys for this purpose.
• Consistent goals and values can be found throughout all departments.
• The company's strategic focus is clearly on diversity, equal opportunities, inclusion and belonging - known within the Group as DEIB for short.
• There is a "strong sustainability roadmap" in which the HR department plays an important role.

All in all: A strong result for the DHL Group: a total of 128 awards went to the divisions in 69 countries worldwide. Whether DHL eCommerce, Express, Global Forwarding, Freight, Supply Chain or P&P Germany - they all score highly as employers.
